Common questions before you buy

What does "1 PC" mean exactly?
A license activates against the hardware fingerprint of one Windows machine (CPU + motherboard + disk + network adapter). That machine is then fully protected for the duration of your plan.
Can I transfer a license to a new machine?
Yes. If you replace a PC, you can deactivate the old machine from your customer dashboard and activate the license on the new one. Deactivation is self-service and instant.
What happens when a monthly or yearly plan expires?
The agent stops enforcing USB policy — storage devices will no longer be blocked. Your whitelist and event history are preserved, so if you renew, everything picks up where it left off.
Is there a discount for multiple PCs?
You purchase one license per PC. For volume pricing (10+ machines), contact us directly and we'll put together a custom quote.
Does the free trial require a credit card?
No. Create an account, download the agent, and enter your trial license key. No payment information is needed until you choose a paid plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Manual invoice payment is available for organizations that require purchase orders.
