Downloading & Installing the Windows Application
Installing PremioGuard on a Windows computer.
What you need
A 64-bit Windows 10 or 11 computer and one of your licence keys. The installer is a single file and does not require you to install anything else first.
- Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.
- Administrator rights, because the application installs a protection service.
- One licence key for this specific computer.
Installing
Run the downloaded installer and follow the prompts. When it finishes, the application opens and asks for your licence key.
After installing
The application starts with Windows and keeps running in the background. You do not need to open it for protection to work. If you close the window it goes to the background rather than quitting — the protection is still active.
- The computer will appear in your dashboard as online within a minute or two.
- Your settings from the dashboard are applied automatically.
- A restart is not required for changes you make later.

- Sign in and open the Download page.
- Download the installer to the computer you are protecting.
- Run it as an administrator and follow the prompts.
- Enter your licence key when the application asks.
- Confirm the computer shows as online in your dashboard.
