A plan decides what you can do

Each plan includes a specific set of features. Basic plans cover monitoring and USB visibility. Higher plans add protection capabilities like antivirus, application control, and website filtering. Your dashboard shows only what your plan includes.

• Basic — device monitoring, USB monitoring, and transfer logging.
• Professional — everything in Basic plus antivirus, application control, website filtering, download restrictions, and remote controls.

Features you do not have are not merely hidden

If a feature is not in your plan it is genuinely unavailable, not just out of sight. The protection is not running on your computers and cannot be reached. This matters when comparing plans — you are buying working protection, not a longer menu.

Changing plan

Upgrading takes effect immediately and your computers pick up the new capabilities within seconds. Downgrading also takes effect immediately, and anything not included in the new plan stops being enforced.
